Launch is Set!

Opening Day is set! Our very first Cars and Coffee will be held Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 8 am and ending at 11 am. Cars and Coffee Woodburn will take place Sundays from 8 am to 11 am. Theme days will be held every other week, and in the future we aim to build a few of the themes into something a bit bigger with awards and more.

Cars and Coffee has been a long time coming – there is a rich motorsport history and strong car culture here, and it’s past time we had a space to hang out and talk cars, motorsports, and more regularly face to face.

Rules are simple, but strictly enforced: Enter the first northbound entrance to the lot, and exit the last one, right turn out only. No Revving, 2 Step, Speeding, Sliding, or Loud Music. This is private property and violators can and WILL be trespassed from the premises and banned from returning in the future.

There will be assigned parking for theme days as they grow, as well as ample overflow available for attendees and spectators. Bring your cars and your great attitudes!

Editors Note: Following Launch Day, I had a conversation with one of the property owners where we hope to host our meets in the future. We have been asked kindly to remove all mention of the property until there is something more concrete set up, and are gladly complying in hopes of coming to an agreement in the future.
