How To Enjoy Yourself at Cars and Coffee

Respect and Etiquette:

• Be Respectful: Treat other attendees and their vehicles with respect. 
• No Touching: Avoid touching other people’s cars without their permission, including sitting in or on them, or leaning against them. 
• No Burnouts or Revving: Absolutely no burnouts or excessive revving of engines at or near the event location. 
• Be Sociable: Engage in conversations with other car enthusiasts, ask about their vehicles, and share your passion for cars. 
• No Loud Stereos: Avoid playing loud music from your car’s stereo in the parking lot. 
• No Speeding: Absolutely no speeding at or around the location.

Parking and Location:

• Park in Designated Areas: Park only in designated parking spaces and stay clear of fire lanes, walkways, and garbage areas.
• No Reserved Spaces: Do not use cones, flags, or other methods to reserve parking spaces. There may or may not be designated areas if it is an event weekend – follow staff directions as you enter the lot.
• Clean Up: Pick up any trash or debris you may have brought with you.

General Tips:

• Come Early: Arrive early to get a good spot and enjoy the conversations as people arrive. 
• Dress Comfortably: You’re there to have fun, so dress in a way that’s comfortable for you.  Be sure to check to check the forecast for the day, and dress accordingly.
• Enjoy the Experience: Cars & Coffee is a place to appreciate cars and connect with fellow enthusiasts, so relax and enjoy the event. 
• It’s Not a Competition: Remember that Cars & Coffee is not a car show or competition, but rather a gathering of car enthusiasts.  While we do occasionally hand out awards, we love all cars here, and whether or not someone receives recognition for their vehicle does not reflect a preference for their vehicle.
• Everyone is Welcome: All types of vehicles and people are welcome at Cars & Coffee. Theme days will have marked priority parking, and it is first come first serve only.
